Sympathetically restored from a former cowshed at Cold Harbour Farm on the edge of the beautiful, historic village of Bishop Burton, near Beverley, Calf House Studios offers purpose built studio space for East Yorkshire’s artists, sculptors, photographers and craftspeople.
Local builders have used a combination of traditional and locally sourced modern materials to create a modern, environmentally friendly workspace ideally suited to the creative arts.

Set in the inspirational landscape of the Wolds, Calf House Studios hosts a wide variety of classes and workshops for all levels throughout the year. From one-day ‘taster’ courses, to weekend and one-week comprehensive workshops. There is also an annual Summer School where it’s possible to experience and learn a range of different skills every day.
